The Empowered Mama Experience was created as a stand for all mamas being empowered and lit up, so they can feel fulfilled in their daily lives and show up as the women and mothers they truly want to be.

This gentle 5-day experience is here to help you reconnect with your mind, body, soul, and nature – through conscious, simple practices.

Each activity is designed as a small, loving ritual that gently builds a sense of calm, clarity, and connection in your life.

Do you ever feel like you’re giving everything to motherhood but losing pieces of yourself in the process?

You’re not alone, I’ve been there. So many moms quietly carry the weight of showing up for everyone else while wondering what’s left for them.

Your days are full, yet your heart feels empty... like you’ve lost your spark and you’re just surviving. Your body is tense, your mind cluttered, and your nervous system never truly settles.

You love your children deeply, but in the whirlwind of caregiving you’ve forgotten what it feels like to simply be YOU.

You crave calmness and space, but when you reach for it, the guilt creeps in. That voice in your head whispers that you should be doing more, that you’re falling behind, that nothing gets done if you rest.

The Holistic Approach

Over these 5 days, you'll be guided through a holistic reset designed to help you reconnect with your mind, body, spirit, and the earth without pressure or rigid expectations.

This work is soul-centered, using gentle self-development frameworks, and nature-based practices that honor the realities of life as a mama.

This experience blends the practical with the spiritual.

You’ll engage in short reset practices —

simple breathwork, gentle movement, and mindful reflection —

that calm your nervous system and restore your energy.

Alongside these practices, we'll explore compassionate “real talk” on healing, motherhood, and self-worth, disrupting outdated models of what it means to be a “good mom” and replacing them with accessible, empowering alternatives.

In each session, you can rest in a supportive space where you can safely return to yourself.

You’ll be witnessed in your journey, free of judgment, and encouraged to listen to the wisdom already within you.

Each day you will rediscover clarity of mind, gentleness with your body, presence with your spirit, and grounding through nature.

This opportunity is not about striving or fixing, it is about remembering who you are.

With each practice, you’ll reconnect to your spark, soften into your strength, and embody a deeper sense of calm.

By the end of our time together, you won’t just feel more balanced; you’ll feel more like yourself — empowered, centered, and whole as a mother and the badass woman you already are.

Angie is a licensed clinical social worker, therapist, advocate, and mom who is passionate about helping women navigate the messy, beautiful realities of motherhood. She blends humor, honesty, and mindfulness to encourage moms to embrace imperfection, find grounding in daily life, and reconnect with what truly matters.

DAY 2 - AMY NATALIE

Amy Natalie is an author, podcast host, and a Feminine leadership coach with over a decade of coaching experience. She specializes in helping women to emerge as the most authentic, confident, and fully-expressed versions of themselves. Her mission is to ignite women into their feminine power so that they can live a life of freedom, pleasure, and fulfillment. Amy is the author of The Feminine Way, and the host of the Feminine Frequency Podcast, which has over 390 episodes, reaching women all around the globe.

DAY 2 - BRITTAINY MOALA

As a trauma-informed fitness coach, I’m here to remind women to stop giving up on themselves and lean into the strength they already have. I’ve walked through motherhood, medical advocacy for my youngest daughter, and rebuilding my life, and I know how much we need community and honesty to keep going. My heart is here to help every woman know her voice matters, her story matters, and that she’s worth fighting for.

DAY 3 - BLAIZE D'ANGIO

Blaize D’Angio is currently completing certification as an infant and child sleep consultant, dedicated to helping families navigate sleep with gentle, responsive strategies that honor each child’s unique needs. With a background spanning both science and the arts, she brings a perspective that is evidence-based, creative, and deeply compassionate. As a mom, Blaize understands the importance of feeling confident, supported, and connected while guiding children toward healthy, sustainable sleep.

DAY 4 - JESSI ROSE

Jessi Rose is a yoga teacher, deep ecology facilitator, and aspiring nutrition consultant with over a decade of experience in mindfulness, health, and embodied practices. She completed her yoga teacher training in the traditional practices of Hatha yoga at the Akhanda Yoga Institute in Rishikesh, India. Combining her expertise with a passion for community-building and earth connection, Jessi’s workshops are rooted in somatic practices, compassion, and Joanna Macy’s Work That Reconnects. She inspires participants to deepen their spiritual practice while fostering collective healing and a profound sense of belonging to the world around them.

DAY 5 - NATALIE KEHREN

Natalie Kehren is a Certified Natural Health Practitioner, spiritual energy specialist, the creator of the We Claim Our Light Membership and her signature course, Ethical Energetics Academy. She believes that women hold the key to healing the planet, but first they have to unlock the true potential within themselves. So, she creates the safe spaces they need to confront trauma, find light in the darkness, and tap into their ultimate potential. Natalie knows energetic work is transformative because she took this journey, and every step she took towards truth is a step built into her programs and is a topic she’s passionate about sharing.

Day 1: INTENTION

We'll set the stage by exploring the powerful transition into motherhood that no one talks about. Reflect on where you are in your connection to mind, body, soul, and nature, and set your intention for the week — ready for the breakthroughs and transformation ahead.

DAY 2: MIND

Motherhood literally rewires the brain, and some days it can feel dark and overwhelming. We’ll explore simple mindset shifts that turn chaos into clarity. You’ll gain perspective on your current reality and begin to envision a future filled with possibility.

DAY 3: BODY

Time to shake off the heaviness and reconnect with your body. Through movement and music, you’ll release stress and rediscover the joy of being in your own skin. Before long, you’ll feel relaxed, energized, and more at home in your beautiful postpartum body.

Day 4: SOUL

What truly lights you up? Explore the practices that nourish your soul and create a personal list to keep your cup full. With embodiment and reflection, you’ll see and feel a vision for your empowered future.

Day 5: NATURE

Explore the environments that shape your well-being. Through reflection and breath, you’ll see how inner and outer influences impact your health and energy and leave with clarity on how to make empowered shifts to thrive through motherhood.

Meet The Human Behind The Heart

Hi, I’m Kristen, your holistic guide in this transformative experience toward mental, emotional, and spiritual freedom.

My path to becoming a healer was not for profession, but one that was deeply personal. When I became pregnant and then gave birth, I found myself at a crossroads, plagued by emotional turmoil and unresolved trauma. It was during this time of darkness and deep vulnerability that I rediscovered the power of mindfulness and connecting with my truth — not just as concepts, but as vital tools that led to my own healing.

I pursued therapy, mentors, and women's circles to hold space to deepen my personal understanding and enhance my ability to facilitate healing in others. This quiet, yet profound personal transformation ignited a passion to support other mamas on similar paths.


Today, I am a holistic wellness mentor for mothers, a 200-hour certified Hatha yoga teacher, a world traveler, and now a stay-at-home toddler mama. Since 2014, I have spent thousands of hours in personal development and completed numerous programs with renowned coaches to further my mind and energetics.

Earning degrees in both Science, and Environmental Science & Technology, I hold an equal appreciation for the natural and spiritual worlds. Through over a decade of practice, I have honed my skills, helping countless friends, and a handful of clients to navigate their emotions and rewrite their stories.

My approach is deeply empathetic, informed by my own motherhood journey and sustained by the success I have found through my devotion to myself, my family, and my sobriety. The transformations I have witnessed in myself from despair to purpose, from broken to wholeness — is not just a testimonial to my never-ending practice, but the core reasons why I continue this work for others.
